For me, this would be self care. It sounds cliche, but having a small self care routine in the morning and at night made a huge difference in my self worth and self love! My biggest one is water water water! I used to hate drinking water for some odd reason and it gave me many issues: Breakouts, kidney stones, fatigue, and lightheadedness. Now, my main, sometimes, my only source of fluid in a day is water. The difference it makes is astounding. Another thing is hygiene and beauty routines. Wash face, shave body, wash and condition hair, moisturize, and if I’m feeling extra down, I will treat myself to a facial masque.
One thing, that I hope continues is taking a jog or walk when Im feeling overly stressed. It is a great tool to cope with depression and anxiety. It burns away the stress, it’s great to keep yourself active, and it releases endorphins in your brain which already make you feel better. 😄
