The book club I joined earlier this year sent me (so they say) the introductory package of books I ordered shortly after. They never arrived (if they were ever sent), or were stolen from the doorstep (I live on a busy street).
Since then I have been protesting that I never received them and they have been disregarding my protestations. Now they have presented me with a bill for the 'full' price of 109 (not on Amazon I'll bet) for the books and threatened me with debt collectors.

First BT extort 115 from me, now these cunts are attempting it.
