I got a consolidation loan yesterday, Yay! 
Now I can pay off most of my debts, get a couple of bits of machinery for my gardening work and will be only months away from being able to tell the grasping, amoral parasites at Lloyds TSB to shove their fucking credit card up their arse.
My appointment re the loan yesterday morning prevented me from joining kittyp , FlameRetardntMan and Rainwolfkin for their wander around Highgate cemetery. I joined them later at the the pub (but not the one i was originally directed to - having walked straight past the one they were at in my search for this other one
) & had some well-enjoyed beer and conversationfor a couple of hours or so. Then back to watch Doctor Who, which I enjoyed - it seemed to have kept the spirit (and some of the dodgy props) of the old series'. So, yeah, it didn't disappoint.

Good to meet you too! I'm sure we'll meet up again before too long and certainly I hope at my birthday bash on 16th April. Oh, and the freezing herbs trick was great!!
