That is the 3rd police car to come tearing past the house tonight & it's not 8.30** yet. The pub brawls must have kicked off especially early this evening.
**well it wasn't when I wrote that
Most of the gardens I work on seem to have cats visit them and most of those are friendly. One of my clients is moving to Hampton though and today may be the last time I will see one cat I became especially fond of. The fucker is mad.
I expect it is that he is little more than a kitten & has an excess of energy & playfulness but I shall miss his scampering across the lawn trying to tempt me to chase him and his mischievousness & curiosity.
He once ran up a tree next to where i was working. I heard a noise above my head, looked up, and for a brief instant had this view of the dumbass cat hanging by ONE paw from the branch just to my right, before he plummeted with a muffled thump out of sight behind the neighbours fence. I wish I could have had that on camera - it was priceless.
Maybe the new owners will give me a call to carry on looking after that garden. I do hope so

do you still take 'requests' to do new gardens, or are you busy enough at the moment?
