I gotta journal entry lurking in me somewhere, but I think this is just me putting it off for another day.

Hoping to do some kendo tommorow night after work. I think I need more whacking with sticks in my diet.

I found this months issue of gothic beauty with APNEA on the cover and inside so had to purchase. A good read I must say. sadly nothing about apnea, just pictures.

I had a busy weekend so i apologise for still posting no pics.

My head is a mess at the moment, and I am questioning too much to bother putting any of it up here. So goodnight, and hopefully see u all on the 6th.
