Top gig amazing night, even the support were good craic!
Mind you our trip did get off to a shaky start - we couldn't get our flight cause they wouldn' let me on the plane basically. My ID was outta date (something I didn't notice 'til we were checking in!) so that meant no go on the plane. I was gutted...to say the least. I think I was more pissed off at myself for being such a dunce.
But all was fine soon enough. We borrowed a few bob so we could get the train instead (which is a shockin price I might add...Bastards.) Anywho it was all sooper after that, the hotel was grand, massive room, luxurious bed. Mmmm nice bed...*ahem* yeah so anyways we even did some shopping. Mostly musical - records, CD's, some DVD's, posters, badges etc etc...and we had lunch at the Hard Rock Caf...what a rob. But it all made a great couple of days. Jen has officially announced it as her "best bday bash...EVER" Horray! Success!
So yeah, I start my new job tomorrow night. I'm not exactly looking forward to it as I have assesments next week too so college is a bit hectic and perhaps the timing isn't exactly perfect with the jobage but what can ya do eh?
