First off, I hope everyone had a great Halloween!

I've had a really great weekend off, wrote some new song's with the band and I'm feeling really optimistic about our future. There is alot of business shit involved, but we haven't lost sight of the fact that it's all about the fans and having fun with it.

I've finally quit smoking and am really proud of how well i've done. I hope I can keep up with it. I've have a really positive out look now, considering that last week I was considering throwing in the towel on everything, but there is soooo much to live for and look forward too.
