I do not think that I am alone in disliking feeling poorly, as I did most of this week.
Part of it is my own fault. I overdid things in judo, pulling muscles in my left arm. Thus, I did not attend my second day of judo classes during the week; when I went to raise up on my left elbow only to have it buckle under me, I took it as a sign that I needed to not aggravate the tissues any further.
The other part, though, I am not so sure of. I am taking or have taken a slight head-cold. I know that I have likely not aided my immune system in any way, as my habits are far from the healthiest I know. Still, I do not think I can be blamed for the actions of a virus.
I am not a hacker.
