I've got my laundry about to come out of the dryer, so I'll not be long.

I'm wondering what peoples' Thanksgiving plans are, those who are in the US and aren't stuck in shitty jobs that require them to work on that day. I've been there; I worked at a grocery store for entirely too many years, and drew almost every holiday shift. It wouldn't have been bad if, like when I worked in San Antonio, I'd have gotten overtime pay; I didn't, and I was usually the only one who didn't call in.

Those of you who're going to have to work on the holiday and who would otherwise have the day off, I empathize. I've been there.

Fortunately, there are things to do in such little down-time as there is. Have fun.
