i feel in a really good assertive mood right now. I have no idea why. I just wanted to note this here as it feels i only ever seem to bitch and complain or ramble incoherent (and often drunkenly) in this blog.

Random kick ass things right now.
I'm wearing my favourite pants.. and a new t-shirt which is it's on it's way to being a fav.. (my new count orlock shirt still tops this one)..

work was yet another day.. but it feels like my apathy reserves are re-filled so i can continue on with "apathy is the rule of the day, everyday" at work..it's really the only way i've lasted as long as i have in the customer service call center industry.. or on the phone monkey farm as i like to call it..

i'm hopeful i might end up getting a bonus at work for this month.. it'll be the first time i've gotten on since janurary.. and before that the last time i did was september or october.. so that'll be just in time for school.. which is coming up quickly..

i'm still sort of in a good mood from toronto and skinny puppy and 2 days of hanging out with friends last tuesday and wednesday..

i did a really shitty job of putting my hair up this morning before work and i still got a couple random compliments on the walk home after work today.. it's a conspiracy for me to keep my hair it seems.. everytime i get to seriously contemplating cutting it all off again.. random people with no vested interest mention it looks good.. compliments from strangers on appearance always seem to more to me than from friends as a stranger really has no reason to mention anything at all, other than they must genuinely feel that way.. and feel it strongly enough to say something to someone they don't know at all..

i've been on a real sushi kick lately.. i think the all you can eat sushi in toronto broke me or something as since last tuesday.. since in the last 7 days, i've eaten it on 5 of them for either lunch or supper..

i really like the notorious msg it's sort of odd if you look at the rest of my taste in music.. but then.. if you look at what it ranges to.. it shouldn't be surprised i like a chinatown gangster rap group.. but.. they're good gangster rap (i guess it can be called that? i have no idea..) they remind me of run dmc.. only asian.. and they know how to wok the party muthabitch!

so.. i'm starving and should go get groceries.. this might be bad to do while really hungry but.. i can only walk with so much so i know my limit..

**edit** i also feel compelled to comment that i make awesome vhs movie compilations.. (the free tv our club has only has co-ax on the back so we can't use a vcr with it.. and no one has given us a free dvd player yet.. the vcr i think someone found).. first tape i made had nosferatu, last man on earth, metropolis and the cabinet of dr caligari.. 2nd tape i made was fun goodness. the goonies.. and gremlins 1 and 2.. this 3rd i'm making so far as Vampires: the turning.. some cheesey supposed sequel to john carpenter's vampires set in thailand i think it is.. so there's vampire cheese melted over martial arts.. following this with *drumroll* KUNG-FU ZOMBIES!!! it's zombies.. and kung-fu.. how can you go wrong? i'm thinking (if it'll let me tape it) i'm going to follow this up with 13th child: legend of the jersey devil.. it's pretty good for what looks like an indie movie no real point to this last paragraph.. i just felt like sharing is all..
