In continuation of the "Flux is boring" argument:
An Average Day:
6:30 AM: Wake up naturally to the birds singing in my backyard; heat water, brew tea
6:45 AM: Meditate
7:00 AM: Drink tea; get in shower, scrub hard, dry off
7:20 AM: Start bacon (locally raised on pastured by a farmer I'm on a first-name basis with, naturally)
7:30 AM: Cover body in kukui nut oil
7:35 AM: Check bacon, start eggs (see bacon)
7:40 AM: Eat eggs and bacon
8:00 AM: Get dressed, do makeup and hair
8:15 AM: Pack lunch (leftover grassfed beef heart, roasted beets, kale braised with bacon, peach)
8:35 AM: Gather computer, gym bag, lunch
8:45 AM: Drive to chiropractor
9:00 AM: Get my back worked on; mobility is go!
9:15 AM: Drive to work
9:15 AM-6:00 PM: SOCIAL MEDIA (eat lunch somewhere in there)
6:30 PM: CrossFit
7:15 PM: Shower off
7:30 PM: Make dinner (roasted pork belly, sweet potato, asparagus); listen to podcasts
8:30 PM: Eat dinner
9:00 PM: Talk to friends on Skype and/or write
9:45 PM: Make tea
10:00 PM: Get in bed with book (right now The Rational Optimist)
10:30 PM: Turn off light. Snoozeatron! Dream about taking over the world.

I love your routine. It sounds so serene. I always tell myself I will get up earlier so I am not so rushed but it never happens. Have you always been an early riser?
