well survived my first week back in work , wasn't as bad as i thought it would be although i have to admit to crashing out early a few nights , but the main thing is that my back didnt really give me any trouble , so looks like ive got over the problem and touch wood wont be needing an op

had a few beers when i finished last night , best tasting beer ive had in 4 months , i guess working a week made it so much better . got all the kids this weekend , so its manic in the house today hahaha loves it though
