Im so bummed out. its been a crappy weekend and i've sort of been on self destruct. My brother's bull mastiff who is pretty much part of the family has been diagnosed with cancer and only has a very short time left. for all the people who are reading this going 'oh for fucks sake, its just a bloody dog, not a human' ya know what? Im not gonna dogg you for your opinion. You're entitled to yours and we're bloody well entitled to ours. I've had to try and console my brother while he broke his heart to me, watch my sister-in-law fall apart and watch the pair of them rip themselves to pieces whilst trying to figure out how they're gonna tell their kids. The kids use bubba as a climing frame, stepping stone, big lumpy cushion and all round comforter. Jared, my two year old nephew sleeps with his arms wrapped around Bubba's neck. Erin, their four year old daughter wont go to bed until she says goodnight to the dog and gives him a kiss and a hug.
Gutted.
Gutted.
