today i went to talk to an advisor at the local community college. i want to start there and transfer to ku here in town. i found out what grants and the finanical aid i'd be elligible for.

then i went to talk to an artist about starting my japanese sleeve. the guy i went to talk to told me to talk to another guy at the shop, who was gone that day. he said he thought the other guy would be better for japanese work. okay.

and actually, when i first went to the shop (in kc) they weren't open yet. so i decided to walk down the street to streetside records. i bumped into a staple kid from the kchc scene. he's a strange guy. quasi-retarded in a way. i think he has that mild form of autism, like micaelanglo. but anyway, he said it was his birthday and we shot the shit forawhile. then i was like "okay... see you later, i'm gonna go record shopping" he was like "okay, i'll come with you". so i was browsing, picking up a few cds, and he comes over with a cd and asks if i'll buy it for him for his birthday. i don't know this guy very well. awkward. i ended up buying it for him because i thought maybe he'd leave me alone after he forced me to buy him a cd. i kept trying to let the conversation die so that i could wrap things up but he kept talking. it sucked.
