Today I walked past a guy and a girl sitting at a picnic table holding a list.
This is how their conversation went:
Guy: Is this is some kind of order?
Girl: Yes, it's alphabeticalized by number.
Guy: Ok. *continues looking over list*
Am I the only person that see's something wrong with this?
Then I walked past a vendor selling jewelry. I bought a silver ring that looks like a long string of silver tied in some weird knot. If anybody ever asks me where it came from, Im gonna tell them I made it. It's not like the actual jeweler is ever gonna get credit. And Im sure if I tried to make a ring, it would probably end up looking like this one.
I laid in the grass for about an hour. It was glorious.
Then I walked to the library to estudiar mi espanol. On the way, a man in a ninja outfit passed me. Im not kidding. This was no karate deal. He had on black pants and a black wrap top, and this scarfy thing around his waist and he had on these boots that came up to his calf muscle, but they were soft and they split between his big toe and the rest of his toes like a flip-flop shoe. And Im not going to lie, I wanted to make fun of him. But then we got to a door, and he was over 30 ft ahead of me, and then he realized I was behind him and he stopped and opened the door for me. He gave me a friendly ninja smile and I smiled back, and I was completely happy to have run into this random ninja, and made a vow never to judge a strange ninja again.
Don't get me wrong here folks, Im not some ninja freak. I don't go around claiming to be a ninja. I don't even think they're that cool. But this dude was a ninja of sorts, and he made my day.
I found my spearhead album today, that made me pretty happy. I saw them last year in concert. Along with ziggy marley. Changed my life. Seriously. You can make fun of me all you want. But somewhere in that 4 hour period of tree and music and happiness, I changed. And it was awesome.
I think thats it for now. Tell me something.
