Today I have been conducting hair based experiments involving a bleach and dye in one combo thingy. I think it worked fairly well, it's not pillarbox red as was advertised, but considering I have dyed my hair black several times it did well to get through all that black.
I think if I do it again when I next dye black it might come out even better...
In other news, I went for my first run yesterday. Nothing too strenuous, it was about a mile, and I did it without stopping. My legs are feeling it, but it hasn't crippled me so much, I think I'm going to do it again tonight. I am determined to firm up, because though I eat very very healthily and get all my 5 portions of fruit and veg and all the seeds and nuts and junk that Dr Gillian recommends, I enjoy the odd pudding and chocolate bar too much to ever do a serious detox. And why should I have to give up the things I love? I will spot reduce my thigh flab with a bit of good old sweating, and hopefully improve my moods in the process. It's such a beautiful day. I need to get outside!
