Ok here it is!
This weekend was a weekend of various fun things and not least because my amazing and wonderful boy came down to see me AND HES STILL HERE!!1!ONE!
Friday night I went to meet two very old school friends, one of whom (Jo) is getting married this summer and the other girl (Katherine) and I are the only ones she still speaks to from school. I havent seen Katherine since I left school 7 years agoshe was head girl too, and Im not quite sure what she made of me! Plus I think they both earn more than me, I couldnt afford to eat out (in Bank too), so I felt a bit of a pikey, oh well! My lovely McK came down to meet me, and we trundled off to my place where he bought Indian food and I told him all about how much I missed him for the whole 5 days we were apart!
Saturday morning is, in my opinion, good for nothing at all except sleeping and **censored ** thats exactly what was done. We got up late. I graciously let the boy play Silent Hill 2 and then we went off to London, where we met up with Mariana, Ciel and Joshhhh and we looked at Cybercandy, Magma, nerd shops, toys, Subway and shoes. I decided finally that buying a pair of converse was in order. Turquoise I think. Oooh, exciting. Anyone know any good online retailers of converse?
Jamie kept telling me off for quoting out of date films like Austin Powers ("Magma!") and I managed to not spend money, which was nice.
Anyhoo, we went to the Ship later for a drink and saw Creamy, NoScar and Doplex. (Who seemingly has only one shirt (har har ), who randomly happened to be sitting next to some people Jamie knew from back home.weird coincidences.
Sunday was another day for relaxing, and we went down to my mum and Dads for coffee and croissants. I baked her shortbread cookies, which were kind of flat and crispy, but tasted nice. My little bro was there, hes just passed his driving test, go him. And bought Metal Gear Solid 3. Wont be hearing from him for a while! But the booklet was the thickest thing I have ever seen. Nerd paradise!
Sadly the carbohydrate rush from the croissants and french bread was too much for even strong coffee to counteract, and we had to sleep a bit in the afternoon. Well, bloody stupid idea that was, as I could NOT get to sleep last night, so Im now yawning my head off. Oh well!
I am dying to order some amazing shoes. Jamie is shopping in London, the lucky boy. Im waiting till I get home in case I can convince him to get new creepers so to save myself a whole 2,50 shipping costs. God Im such a pikey!
Cant think of anything else to write. I think its long enough though!
to all my lovelies.
