So, so so so.
It's been a hell of a long time since I updated, I must apologise. I never got round to it before Christmas and I didn't go online again till yesterday, so owe a lot of people a lot of comments! You will get them I promise!
Not that much in the way of events to report really. I had the day off from my real job on xmas Eve, but I worked for my friend in the Kitchen Shop and it was mad busy. But I left at like 4 and she insisted on paying me a full days work, so that was cool. Later on I went off to Guildford the town I misspent most of my youth, to see some old friends. Had to drive though so no drinking, but thats fine, I'm still trying to detox and clear up my skin. I gave my old friend Emily Banks a lift to her house, her Dad's the keyboard player in Genesis. When we were little we used to go to their shows and stuff, apparently they might go on tour next year, so she said I could come
Two of my old friends Rose and Sophie in the Kings Head.
Next day was Christmas obviously. I took a lot of pictures if my Mum and Dad's new place, with its spectacular views, as soon as my Dad's uploaded them they will be posted. But here's a pic of the Christmas tree. Excuse the crappy quality.
Christmas consisted of the usual, opened presents, eating far far faaaar to much, and watching TV/whatever dvds we got as pressies. I got lots of smelly things, some books, some stuff for the house, including an amazing coloured board thing, and tea coffee and sugar canisters with 50s pinups on! Amazing
I also got series 4 of Futurama, and the last extended LotR. Probably other things, I can't remember, but theyre all in the pics I need to upload.
Boxing Day was marred slightly by the fact that my aunt is in Sri Lanka, and obviously the first thing I saw was the news. We texted her though and found out she was due to go to the cost on the Monday, so she was fine. the relatives were going spare, being unable to get through, her father in law was beside himself. The kids are there too, they're only 8 and 9. But we were able to reassure everyone.
And that was that. My mum did some of her magical healing on my face, and my skin seems to be getting a bit better, though still not back to normal.I'm now round at Ciel's with Cherry and all. We're going to make biscuits! Shortbread! And cookies! We saw mariana last night too, for her birthday. I still don't know what to do for new years.
I am gonna get on the comments soon too! But first I must go and wash. Merry Christmas everyone!!
AND ANOTHER THING.
Everyone has to listen to this. Ciel already posted it once, but I don't feel that the word was spread as far as it should have been. Listen to Chocfact's Christmas Song, right until the end. It goes on a lot longer than you think. It's the best thing I heard all year.
