Hey you guuuuuuuuuuuuys!
Sorry to those of you at SGUK that I didn't see on Saturday. I had an awsome weekend though.
Friday was spent hanging out with such lovely people as Ciel, Cherry, Charley, Doplexand of course partiallyblind. It was cool, though I'm sorry to Dop for munching all the snacks he so kindly brought. We played GTA San Andreas and I watched the others carve pumpkins...amazing.
Then Saturday me and the girls (minus Charley who had to rush off, though I did get the privilege of sharing a bed with her ooer! ) went shopping and I got some smashing skull and crossbones pants from H&M! Wooooo!
Then we ate fish n chips and I scarpered off down south to go to a halloween partay with all my oldest friends, from my college days. They're the kind of people who I love dearly with all my heart, but never seen to see very often. But they're also the kind where it really doesn't matter one bit ow often you see them, there's always so much to talk about, and whether it's been one week or a year, it's always straight back to how it used to be when we were 17, and I hd the best time. Despite not being in costume, which made me feel lame, but there's always a few that don't so it was OK. There were the usual assortment of witches, zombies, and Jason for Friday the 13th, as well as a "computer virus", and several Dr Shipmans! And Fred west! *shudder*
So that was wicked, and I've made all the usual arrangemtns to call people I know I'm not gonna see till the next big event, but nevermind eh.
Sunday was also cool as I saw my friend and took her and her dog out to Leith Hill near Dorking for a walk. It makes me proud to live here at this time of year, it really does. The views were so beautiful, the lease are stunning, and it reminds me just how much I love the countryside. Sigh. I just hope it stays beautiful, I hate towns so much. I'm a country girl at heart you know!
Anyway, I hope you all had a good weekend and Halloween and stuff. I scared myself shitless by watching "the Grudge" with Gemma last night, Goddamn those Japanese know how to make a horror!
What was the scariest thing you did/saw this Halloween?
Edit: Tonight, Ciel, pb and I and whoever else wants to come (Do it!) are going to the launch night of VANITY. It should be fun, so come down if you can, and check out the website at vanityclique, it's at Borderline, and drinks are fairly cheap. Go on, you know it makes sense!
