My Cat-lings killed a baby turkey the other day. They routinely round up chipmunks, shrews, voles, mice, rabbits, and other assorted rodents. They're still working on squirrels, and birds though. After they caught that one cardinal they kinda lost interest in them. Bugs however still keep them happy.

Work is going alright. Fucking exhausting though it is, it has it's moments where it doesn't suck too badly. Still don't see my friends much. Every now and then I'm not trashed too badly after work and can actually make a phone call or stumble in to say hi to a friend while they're at work...

In other news...I bought a queen size bed. box spring mattress, a bookshelf headboard...and a pair of celtic skull bookends. Naturally I had to text one of my friends inviting her to test the bed out with me. Yeah damn me with my half-jokes. ;-)

In other news, the last time I got my hair cut I discovered that there was a VERY attractive girl working at the barber shop I go to...We apparently share a similar sense of humor, and I was able to get her to laugh so hard that she had to stop cutting my hair for a few minutes. brown hair, blue eyes, really cute voice and personality...and she wrote down her work schedule so I know who I'm making appointments with from now on...*whistles innocently*
