My head hurts.

This week went better than last.

Today, I got into my car this morning, thinking to myself, "wow I really don't like showing up to my boss' house only to sit outside for 20 minutes until he opens the garage and pulls out the truck..."

halfway there at 7:30, he calls me up to tell me that he's on his way to a reported fire (as a fireman, not a plumber), and to pull the truck out, clean the back up a bit, and he'll be a "little late" this morning.

I get there, say hi to his wife, she asks if he called me, I said yeah told her what he told me, she goes back inside, turns the tv on for me and says, "he'll be back in a long while. I've gotta go, but watch tv inside."

I do what the boss asked...9:30 rolls around I'm done with the truck basically. sit back down in it and start dozing off. His wife comes back at 10am, sees me in the truck, tells me to go inside and watch tv...instead I opted to sit out on the patio as it was freaking 90 degrees and blue skies all day.

At around noon the boss pulls up and goes inside to get me. We make a few stops and get to work.

Went to this guy's house to keep working on the supply/drainage system that he wants set up. he's redoing his entire house basically. Drainage is already up, supply is mostly up. We just need the fixtures, water heater, boiler and whatnot.

4 hours of that, we pack up and go home. I get home around 5. make an iced coffee (my super special secret recipe of doom. good amount of caffeine, and enough sweetness to make it tasty, but not dangerous for diabetics within a 30 foot radius.)

Now I'm home, my cats have been outside all day, so Buster is passed the fuck out in my basement 3 feet from me. SO CUTE. ;-)
