Q & A with filmmaker Jacqueline Soohen to follow film screening
The Fourth World War documents popular uprisings against corporate globalization and people struggling for fundamental control over their lives. The film was shot on the ground by video-activists in Argentina, Mexico (Chiapas), Italy (G8 Demonstrations in Genoa), Iraq, New York, Palestine, Quebec City (FTAA/Summit of the Americas Demonstrations), South Africa, and South Korea. It beautifully illustrates the power of people standing up against the most powerful institutions in the world for dignity and survival and winning.
"Inspirational. Essential. It documents the history of the future before it is born."
- Peter Wintonick - Director Manufacturing Consent, International Editor - POV Magazine
"A powerful radical cry from the frontlines of the war on people."
- Naomi Klein

Van Helsing...*shudder* Sorry, as much as I love vampire/werewolf riddled films, that one looks a bit craptastic. But Hellboy was pretty high on the awesome scale indeed
