More crazy dreams the other night:
I was at my parents' old house that I grew up in. I saw a bear outside and everyone was looking at it. Then I noticed that there was some big hairy guy (I think it was Grizzly Adams) sneaking around the back door and trying to get inside while everyone was distracted with the bear. I went and surprised the guy as he was coming in and a big fight ensued. Finally, I grabbed the cue ball off my parents' pool table and clocked him with it a couple of times and knocked him out. I told my mom to call 911, but for some reason she didn't want to. I was distracted with trying to get her to make the phone call, and when I looked back, the guy was gone. I wasn't going to let him get away and went off looking for him. That's all I remember.
I have lots of dreams where I'm still living at my parents' old house. I lived there from the time I was in 1st grade until I was in college.

But I'd have to say that YOU'RE the lucky one. NOT dating me is the smartest thing anyone can do!
I've been plagued with a recurring nightmare.
I'm camping with my entire family at our place
on the Yaak River. A storm sets in. Everyone is accounted for except for my dog Jake. I call and call for him... no luck. The rain subsides and I'm still off in the woods looking for Jake. I come to a clearing and I can see distant hills on fire. I immediately surmise that Jake is there and rush towards the fire.
I plow through the woods and the point I happen to come upon is a neighborhood of sorts. There are three or four homes in a cluster. I call for Jake in vain and somehow realize that there are children in the home closest to me. I call for help to no avail.
The cabin fartherst from me seems like a place I need to go. As I run up I can hear children crying.
The rear of the home where the children are becomes engulfed in flames. I rush into the home, up to the second story and drop the eldest child onto the ground in front of the house. I tell her she has to wait where she stands and help me get her sisters. I pull all of the children out of the house onto the first floor roof.
A Park Ranger shows up (in a 1968 Bronco with fender cutouts, a blown 289, aWarn 9,000 lb. winch and a 4" lift [suspension] and only this once). He tells me I'm not authorized to do what I'm doing. I tell him to get fucked. I continue handing the little girls from the roof, down to their older sister. I get down on the ground and think about Jake. I call for him and wake up.
You tell me....
