So I've been feeling like hammered dogshit for the past few days. No energy, no appetite, can't walk 10 feet without wanting to lie down and take a nap. It feels just like the flu without the sinus problems and sore throat.
I went to the doctor yesterday to have some tests run - early diagnoses points to mono. How could I have gone 31 years without getting mono? Sadly, I'm not a stud - it's all an act.
When the med tech took my blood she looked at the tests and said, "I haven't heard of anyone getting mono outside of high school!" I explained to her that while most kids were making out and getting mono in high school I was busy hacking Apple's assembly language on my //c. After taking a metric fuck-ton of blood she didn't give me a sucker. How fair is that??!?
So I'm gonna be stuck in my apartment for the next few days lounging around and levelling my character on WoW.
