Ok so I know a lot of people have different personalities so maybe I should tell everyone mine. I have noticed lately I will say a simple joke and people react like I have said the most offensive thing anyone could think up.
I am a very sarcastic person, now I know this is the internet and they haven't adapted a way to put that emotion into the words so I follow it up with a hahahaha or lol, jk.
Still, I have never said anything offensive yet I get responses like I have offended them. It drives me up the wall when people do that. To me it can only be one of two things.
1. I think some people (especially some Suicide Girls but not all of them so take no offense) are very serious and think that there are others that are below them because of their status. Now when I say I have seen this I am not talking about half or even a quarter of people, I mean like 2-5 people sense I have been a member. I think this is the most accurate reason, and if it is my reply is I want nothing to do with someone with that mentality. Just because someone is a Suicide Girl or even a popular member of the site does not make them any better then someone else on this site.
NOTE!!!!! In no way am I trying to imply that reaching Suicide Girl status is not an achievement because it is. Not everyone can be an SG but you have to remember the title makes you no different then the next person. Just like me making the rank of Staff Sergeant in the United States Air Force does not mean I am any better then the person who couldn't enlist because he has knee problem.
2. Some people have a very serious mind set to where you can say a joke and they just don't understand it and find it offensive to how they wanted their post to come across. I will admit sometimes I do make a sarcastic comment when someone is trying to make a serious post to get a certain point across. When that happens I do feel terrible because I know making a joke about a serious topic can degrade the importance of a message, so I try to be extra careful.
However the last time this happened there was no comment made. It was basically a post saying hi, I made a little joke not even that funny really and the person just responded with WTF? not to me that is a statment saying "Why would you do something like that", my reply, that is who I am.
Basically if you do not like my sarcasm then please feel free to block me (If that is an option) or unfollow me or message me and ask me to unfollow you. I will be happy to honor your request. I will feel bad but would rather not cause any more chaos between me and whoever that person might be.
This is not a post bashing anyone specific and it is me venting, so if you are the type of person that likes to start arguments please feel free to move on to the next post.
