okay i think the head spacing out thing is due to coffee and general dehydration. i replaced all coffee intake with water, and i maintianed a productive and focused few days, so i think i'm in the clear.
the weather lately. tonight i sat outside for a good solid hour, just watching the sky and the trees, one of my favorite things in the world to do. there's a lot to be learned by just stopping, being calm, being still...of course at these pensive moments my mind will invariably (as it has since my earliest memories) go to thinking about the nature of Nature. Being a Physics professor at some great University would be such a dream...writing books, doing research...*sigh*
it's so easy to get caught up in other projects that have more immediate gains, but i think there's a lot to be said for being guided by the subtle pull of your soul when you're the most still, the most quiet, the most at peace, the closest to who you really are...

I have no idea what I'm talking about, but I think you should trust the pull. I haven't felt it yet and it keeps me mediocre. On a different note, keep your eyes peeled for any talk of the 2nd anniversary of SG. I believe a large gathering is in the works.

Most college radio stations can no longer afford to broadcast live on the internet because a tax was instituted last year that charges money for every song broadcasted on the internet. That sucks. We used to broadcast at wvum.org, and we might resume that if the tax is lifted. I don't know.
