Work paid for me to take a Cisco class which was really cool, but we didn't have enough lab time. I really need more hands-on experience before I even think of taking my certification test.

I can't very easily take down equipment from our production network to play with it, so I'm buying my own stuff. I just got a Catalyst switch so now I need to get two routers. Gotta love ebay... only $50 for this thing. One of the cards that came in it sells new for over $3000!
