to saruman...I unscrewed my fan from my hard drive and...well, there was so much dust and shit in there that I couldn't even see the motherboard behind it. I cleaned it and the fan blades and every other part of my computer thoroughly and whalla 
it works again...hmmm, it's about 5 now, and I cannot say its every been cleaned internally. ( i self admit that I haven't lived in the most clean environments in the past).
Yay Yay Yay....coworkers suck still tho
but i feel much better!
