Thanks. I poured my heart into that speech. That was the toughest thing I've ever done. In the emotional state I was in.....but I knew I had to finish it and no one else could read it. It was really hard.....because I knew he was gone and every word I said was true. I had a hard enough time reading a speech at my grandpa's funeral 1.5 years ago and I choked up at the end then too. This was so much worse. I'm glad you were there, it meant a lot to have my good friends there.
