playing a show tonight, its been a while.
complete with a slide show.
earned next month's rent in three hours this morning. no, it didnt involve astroglide or strap-ons; more like picture wire and straphooks. its amazing how much money rich people will pay to avoid doing work.
time for the semi-regular rant.
the fact that buying well-known art is such a status symbol makes me sick. Why do so many good artists (and so many bad ones for that matter) get caught up in the commodification of their work? it is such elitist donkeydick.
Art should not be a product to buy and sell.
youre like a similar haircut,
youre like a mouse's hat. shit.
check this out tonight if you're in the area.
