It is technically a new day. My favorite phrase over mardis gras was "You are a gentleman and a scholar." It could be used in such instances as this: A guy I didn't know insisted I share the booze that his party bequeathed to me. Then he returned it. Clearly, he was a gentleman and a scholar.
My current phrase is maybe they should look inside their pants and grow/find a pair. So much fun to say. I used it three times today while talking to my geeky mathematician friend about mathematicians.
You gotta love using such a crude phrase about super geeks and super geeky jokes.
