june 16 is the closing date. i've got my fingers crossed...

so i drove up to seattle this weekend to surprise my mom for mother's day. she cried. it was sweet.

But my lips hurt real bad!

so i've had two offers on my house, and both of them have fallen through. it is so discouraging. selling a house is such a pain in the ass...you have to keep it all clean & keep the grass mowed... and then you get an offer, and it is euphoric, exciting... and when an offer is withdrawn, it's heart-breaking.

it's pretty amazing to me that i have owned a house... it's really too bad i'm selling it, only to return to the renting life. i cannot afford teh mortgage payments and the repairs that i need/want to do...
