what a weekend.

i took a load of stuff to the dump today. or rather, the Metro Solid Waste Transfer Station. It's kind of funny to me how the dump in portland is covered, although i suppose that makes sense (dry garbage is probably easier to haul.

also, i've found a place to rent. looks like a total dump and the guys who live there are apparently not neat freaks. my kind of place. it is also really close to downtown, so it will be nice (the house i'm selling is on the edge of town, too far to walk to work).

now if i could just encourage my ex-girlfriend to move her shit out of my house before the closing date, i think everything should run smoothly!
