Got my rejection letter from U of T yesterday. Looks like I have to wait at least one more year before I can finish grad school.

HOWEVER.

I am still moving to Toronto in the late summer/early fall. Fuck putting my life on hold any longer.

Work is destroying me. Okay, not really. But I *am* very, very tired.

Going to see Magneta Lane at the Starlite on the 2nd. Will be very, very tired for work on the 3rd. But it will be worth it.

Oh my god. I hate the GRT. I've heard so many stories about the bus driving by people and just not stopping, or people having to chase the after the bus. My friend and I once were abandoned by the GRT. The driver told us that this was the last stop on his route, but another bus would be coming soon. We waited in a weird empty parking lot for an hour for this other bus, and it never came.

My girlfriend broke up with me 6 days before our 7 year anniversary. She has been cheating on me for a year with a guy from Sweden.

Not really any better. And it's actually been three months... it was April 16th, she left me.

We still talk. And she hurts me almost every time we talk. But she's in a bad, bad place right now. Dumped the Swede and gone through two more guys since, cheated on both of them with the next one...

She's been having these weird moments of confession... says her life isn't better without me, that she feels dead inside, out of control, lost, confused. Says she doesn't want to keep hurting me, but doesn't know how to stop. But won't accept my help, either. Kind of eats me up inside.
