and for some strange reason i'm thinking about Mr Motivator... not in a gay way mind you i'm completey stright, honest! i was just wondering what ever happened to him!
For those of you who dont know who the hell i'm on about i'll clear it up 4 yaa's. Mr Motivator (or Derek i think his name was) was a fitness nut who did little classes in the early 90's on a breakfast show 'GMTV' He used to come out wearing crazy spandex suits and do starjumps and shit, i thought all the girls most of loved him... so i dug up a recent picture of the chap...
