Last week the point/counterpiont secton of the UWO paper debated stem cell research

God damnit conservatives

this guy who wrote against the research argued about 'potential life' how all the embryo's could have grown to be real people but are destroyed in the process
if conservatives care so much about 'potential life' that's fine by me but can't they be consistent argue 'potential life' against SC research and abortion but what about other 'potential life'?

what about those evil women who have their periods?
filthy girls what are you thinking? that could have been a baby
all life is sacred even potnetial life
say no to periods, yes to baby machines

just imagine a pro-life demonstration outside a supermarket all gathered around a bond-fire of tampons
with signs that say 'that time of the month is murder' and 'that isn't just your blood'

then watch their head explode when the even try to think about how many lives guys wast in a week

what concerns me more about the 'pro-life' issue is how can these people advocate against abortion when the same vote also goes towards supporting war and violent measures overseas? how can you choose to become pro-life when you support the killing of innocent civilians in iraq? those same bombs are capable of killing both men and women, children and perhaps even an expecting mother...how can they call themselves prolife?

this hypocrisy is maddening!

i'm not mad at her specifically, just the ethic she emobies at this point. there are too many kids taking the same route she is, and it became really evident to me through her selling out.

i dont care who/who not is straight edge, that's none of my concern. i mean, if someone doesnt want to be straight edge and drink that's fine. it's not for everyone. what pisses me off is when people run around all angry preaching about it for a while, then sellout.

it's like, if you cant handle it dont make my friends and i look like shit. i have much more respect for someone who can drink, smoke etc. and be ok with it. i respect those who consume with responsibility.

i've always had respect for you, since i've known you you have always drank with responsibility and been awesome about being tolerant, you're true to yourself. she's not.


i would rather the government decriminalize pot than keep drinking legal.
