I love busy days, routine. I love feeling able to do many things but it wasn't giving me rest. Now I recognize the pleasure of days like these. I allowed myself until I got a cold 🤣🤡

I swam like a fish in the cold pool, then I went to the lagoon and even ended the night going to the thermal pool. It was a well-used weekend 🩷
