Got the ultrasound. Now I have to wait for the results. But if I was looking at it right when they did the ultrasound of my gallbladder, I'm pretty sure it's going to end up being gallstones
I think I could kill for a burger right now Especially considering I had to sit and watch everyone else in the house (not counting my 2 month old of course) eat burgers for dinner. What did I get to eat? Ramen and a plain dry ham sandwich...and I'm still getting pain twinges of pain off of just that
I never realized just how depressing it can be to not be able to eat the kinds of food that I like to eat. I'm not even allowed to eat chocolate right now because , even though we don't know for sure yet if it's my gallbladder or not, we don't want to risk me ending up screaming in the ER in the middle of the night again.
So basically I'm not allowed to eat anything that could even mildly disturb my digestive system in any way. No beef, no chocolate, nothing fried, nothing spicy, nothing with even an ounce of flavor
Another thing that sucks is if it is gallstones, it means I'll end up having to have surgery and If I have to have surgery, there's a good chance I won't be able to have it until next month, and if I have surgery next month, I don't have insurance because my medicaid runs out at the end of this month and we can't afford insurance through my husband's job right now.
The only upside to this crap is that I'm losing weight.....
