Ok so I have been working my ass of sorry for the lack of threadage but you do what you can. I have realized that if I smoke a toke at night while chillin at home it makes it very hard to want to wake up in the morning. How do you motivate yourself to wake up at 5:30am ? Fuck how do you motivate yourself period I think I missed that class in school or something. I mean I would like to do a lot of things but doing nothing seems more relaxing but this may be do to my 50+ work week? I feel like work (sucks) the life right out of me! Then whatever is left I give to my wife and daughter then their is none left for me! What are you going to do try something different? The waking up at 5:30 to walk in the morning gives me way more energy. It is still really hard to wake up when you bed is so comfy and your wife is sleeping. I do have to say my kitten Elmer helps because he loves to nuzzle in the morning which means a shockingly cold nose to your face early in the morning. So that is what is on my mind right now oh and cheesy potatoes from taco bell thanks to someone! How does it feel to be inside my brain? This is your brain on drugs ! You're totally right, exercise in the morning helps a whole bunch. I have a friend who uses a special alarm clock that starts out with a super quiet chime and then gradually gets louder, allowing your body to wake up slowly. He swears he feels more awake in the morning because of it.
