I am pumped for tonight because I get to cook for my sister in-laws family. I am making tortellini in a sun dried tomato alfredo sauce, my famous green beans and diced tomatoes, tossed salad, and garlic bread. It will be fun to have people at our house for a change! I love cooking if you didn't notice because cooking for six is not necessarily fun. Plans for the weekend revolve around doing nothing maybe going to the pool with the daughter on Saturday. I am pumped for the return of Eureka on SciFi this Tuesday http://www.scifi.com/eureka/ I think that is all for now but who knows?
