Hello people that read my Blog how is everyone? So I have been trying to cook 3 course meals lately which is kind of a pain in the butt. Me and my wife would just make something with helper in the name or pizza. I really want us to eat healthier but we both work 9 to 10 hours a day which makes hard to do anything when we come home. I also want to start working out but I have they same problem so I have decided to use the stairs for starters and do push ups and sit ups in the morning. I feel good this morning as I have done both of these things now I just have to stick with it. I was think about pop today also I only drink diet Pepsi which has 0 calories and 0 fat is it still bad for you? Any weight loss tips?

good luck! i lasted cooking for about a month before i went back to soup and subway. diet soda only makes me hungry and wanting candy so i avoid it like the plague >.<
And, being from the midwest, it's all about the diet PEPSI! (I'm married to a southerner who drinks Coke. It's horrible! )
good luck getting healthy. I should be doing some of the same lol
