dude! Atkins does work! big time! stick with it and commit. you will be happy as hell in the end. every goal requires a bit of sacrifice. I went from 205 down to 170 with an atkins diet and simple weight lifting... slipped back to 175 right now, but hey im not complaining. i was so embarrassed and grossed out with myself when i was 205....

My husband keeps trying to set me up as an electrician. They make wicked good money and usually don't work with any live current at all so it's not like I'd fry myself.
