Sometimes when you close one door, a million other ones open........
I'm in a mood where I just wanna be happy and laugh and enjoy my life for what it is. I'm no longer gonna be angry for what my life is NOT.
Tonight me and my friend Tanith went to the Melting Pot (that fondue restaurant), and we ate $100 worth of fondue! At first it was fun, and then it was tedious, and then I was totally over the whole fucking concept of fondue. But, then, we ordered up the big hot vat of chocolate and marshmallow fondue and shit got hilarious. You know, those laughing fits where you end up trying not to inhale because you're gonna breathe in a whole mouthful of food down your throat and then someone is gonna have to call in the paramedics, and where you end up crying cuz you are laughing so fucking hard....well, yeah, it was like that.
And, if you know this place, it's not cheap and us tattooed folk don't generally congregate there, and they were looking at us crazy anyways, all them properly dressed snooty types, and we were just having a fucking blast! I think we tried about everything on the menu.
Then, while we were having dinner we decided that we are gonna get a group of our tattooed girlyfriends together and hit one of the top-o-tha-line restaurants in town in a group and just scare the shit out of everyone in the place. It's so fun sometimes to just watch people's reactions to you. Once the jacket comes off, the eyes start wandering, and pretty soon you're catching all these people checking out your ink. Some enjoy it, others freak on it. Whatever. I just find it entertaining to watch.....
Oh, and by the way, if you haven't seen TROY yet, you gotta see it. It fucking rocks. I watched it last night, and damn, Brad Pitt is tha fucking shit. Fuck me is all I can say. Never really cared for him too much, except for his Fight Club performance, but shit..... I have a whole new amount of "I wanna do Brad Pitt, but you'll do, I'll just close my eyes and pretend you're him" shit going on now......
But, beyond Brad, the scenery, the clothes, all of it just made my mouth water. Now, I'm gonna have to say that it's a toss up between pirate girl and girl of Ancient Troy for me....
Well, enough rambling. I gotta get to bed. Super long day tomorrow, and well, tomorrow is Friday. The beginning of another weekend of craziness. You know, it is good every once in a while to get your ass out there and have a little fun!
