Consider ideas and thoughts to be emotional points and sometimes the course of thinking can cause excess emotional turbulence in our subconscious from a lack of understanding. Address yourself.. and if it hurts too much, try a session with marijuana to make such self work easier. Shrooms have their benefit as well. Godspeed
