So many things to say, but none of them seem right here. Meh. Y…
The banana bread turned out better than expected. I'd used mostly stone ground whole grain flour for it, so I was worried, but it rose to the occasion and turned out awesome. I'm looking forward to eating it for breakfast tomorrow.
