I love how confidently you go into a layback. Im so terrified of the layback. Ive never fallen, but for some reason it still freaks me out.

Oh thanks a lot :D hmn currently I train once a week...thats not enough I think. Sometimes I have Pole- and Video-Shoots...^^ Yes I think I try it more often on the spinning pole :)
