So I'm a gym rat now. I spend about 5-8 hours a week training up, not only to lose the weight I put on at my last desk job, but to regain the muscle I had when I was a thrower in high school.
Well, I already have more muscle now than I did in high school, but there are a couple of impendances to me losing weight as fast as I want - the primary one being the fact that on New Years I twisted my ankle while drunk and didn't notice it until I sobered up (I kept applying pressure to it because I didn't know it was screwed up). On Wednesday I was doing some kind of pilometric exercise when the same ankle fell out from under me and I twisted it AGAIN.
I'm getting X-Rays next week, gotta stay offa it for a while - so I'm limited as far as what kinds of high-endurance cardio I can do. Sucky.
I want to update my profile pic to show me in my organ grinder costume, but I can't find the photos. Arrgg.
