Apparently SG has renewed me, charged my credit card, without notification that they were going to do so, and thus without my permission. I was waiting to go grey so I could use a gift subscription I purchased which hadn't been redeemed. So much for that idea.
I've written them and asked to have my money refunded, so I can use the already purchased year's subscription. As of now no response. It's been a whole two days.
Suggestions?
(other than waiting for the business week to start again in 12 hours?)

Tell them that you're going to write your senator. It worked for me when I was talking to a guy in India about my Sallie Mae account.
