30 and completly shy. Why is that? I never take a step to really pursue someone. Tonight was a party at a friends and afterwards (awesome party btw) we went to a bar. I ended up running around and hitting the bar later. Well, was talking to a friend and some girl ended up talking to him. Her girlfriend came to pull her away and I think we had one of those movie moments where you meet eyes and cant stop staring or smiling. Either way, she goes to ther car and something possess me to tell her friend how cute she was. I NEVER do that.... I am normally too embarrased. Either way, she gets my number for her. Then her friend comes back a minute later. She turns me in, saying that she got my number for her. Her friend, to my amazement, states that she is completly of the same mindset and though I was quite cute.

Either way...i then got her number myself... I am not the `player' type so I will most likely call her tomorrow....man...perhaps this is the step I really need to be taking. I have never actively pursued a woman in my life. They normally come to me with their interest before I get the balls to do anything about it... I look forward to whatever happens.... at least it is a step in the right direction.


Now....enough of the drunken-ness....

-- Parties are a blast!!! Expecially when your friend gives you his house key to use his place. We put his mattress in the closet, re-made the box-spring, reversed the hangers, lucricated his door knobs and cellpphaned his toilet....he is quite drunk so he will HATE me when he gets in tonight....i love drunken pranks...

-- Friends can owe you big! I was told a girl was puppy-dogging me tonight so I told a friend he could try and take her off my hands. He did and she went....he so owes me if he gets laid for me letting him, who is in more need than me, get some....

-- Ex-girlfriends that actually understand friendship after a relationship are cool. I mean, i will be honest to a fault with her but I do not like losing friends. I am glad she can understand that and see beyond the relationship to understand we do still care about eachother and that I love talking to her and hearing about her life... whatever that entails. Her making the step to entertain that was well worth my friendship.

-- 17 Days until NIN at the Warfield...I need to get my request for time off in for the 28th/29th so I can really just troll SF and party to my fullest...

-- Dr. Pepper....I never state this often but this is perhaps the grandest and most splendorous soft drink on the market today. If it were not for the good Dr. I would not make it through half the days I muddle through. Thank you!!! From the bottom of my heart and stomach...

Well, back to your regularly scheduled weekend....perhaps more once I call Erin tomorrow (no 2-5 day Swingers-esque waiting games.... If I am interested I dont beat around the bush).
