Although being wealthy has never been a goal of mine, it has been fun pretending these last couple of days. Yesterday mo mom, sister and I went shopping for my sister's graduation gift. She had a $500 spending limit and it was pretty fun helping her spend it. She bought me a pair of walking shoes that I have been needing but would never have bought for myself. I think that we spent about 3 hours in the shoe store.
We had lunch at Pasan, a South Indian restaurant. It was better than I remembered. Massala dosa is so freaking good. And I also had aloo gobi and soup which I forgot the name of. I'm glad we took the leftovers home. I'm gonna have it for lunch today.
I can't believe I spent the whole day shopping and actually enjoyed it. I hate shopping. Maybe it's because I don't have money like they do. There was this little tickle that I got riding in my moms Mercades and shopping at all the stores I could never afford anything in. I did have to draw the line, however, when my mom mentioned Rodeo Drive. Enough is enough. Drop me off at Target already!
